5. Returns & Refunds

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory EU legal guarantee of two years against manufacturing defects.
This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
