Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:
Processing times may be extended during holidays, high-demand periods, or unexpected logistical issues.
Shipping Origin and Delivery Times
Our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners located outside EU.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 10–20 business days
- Average delivery: Around 14 business days
- Remote or rural regions: Up to 35 business days
These are estimated delivery times provided by our logistics partners. Actual delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs inspections, local postal delays, or force majeure events (e.g. weather, strikes, global shipping disruptions).
We kindly ask for your patience in such cases — we always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location and selected product(s).
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped to customers within the European Union are generally inclusive of VAT at checkout.
However, depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties or additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier services.
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete before confirming your order.
If the address is entered incorrectly or the parcel cannot be delivered due to the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery or replacement costs may apply.
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address or failure to collect will not be refunded for shipping costs.
In such cases, only the product cost may be refunded (after deducting any applicable return shipping and/or handling fees).
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@catangels.shop.
We will initiate an investigation with our shipping partners.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either:
- a replacement shipment free of charge, or
- a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that claims for non-delivery must be made within 45 days of shipment.
Pre-Orders and Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
